The only person that I have spoken with and has helped me is Pascual. If they get a star is for Pascual and their drivers that deliver."

"The bottom of the barrel award goes to... United Cargo Chicago! We run cargo at all major Midwest airports and many carriers. This United Cargo is the absolute worst of the worst. In fact of all the warehouses and dust centers we work with, United cargo Chicago still tops the worthless list. The forklift workers will stare at you and laugh and talk about you so you can hear them. The clerks are moody and overworked. If something is wrong they will spend literally hours not doing anything about it except tell you to call someone. Of the last month I have personally been there 3 times. My longest wait time was 7.4 hours. I was told by United the freight was avail at 445 pm. I arrived at 610. I left at 1:55am. The forklift driver pulled to the back of my van and layed on his horn. 3 feet from me. Then laughed and joked with another guy about how funny it was that he woke me up. I drove 5.5 hours to get there. I had waited at th his point 7hours. I am now at 12.5 hours. I still have another 9 hours of drive time left. I am beyond livid. This is constant and brutal. As many years as I have been going there, I can pinpoint no time when I have noticed someone in charge. Someone who is pointedly involved in the overall picture. There is no one these people go to when they have issues. And there is no one we can go to either. It is lunacy."

"I''ve been telling business partner that they should not use this service over years which I don't understand why they stick with this company. Over the years I have never been satisfied with thsir service. Never on time, never answers the call properly, nobody knows about what happened to the packages gone missing, once we missed drop off then they won't comeback and drop the package unless you call and beg them to. This is shame and dishonored company ever I have seen entire nation. I highly recommend ups, never have I had any problems."
