"This is a small community bank, the northbrook location seems more tailored for the private banking arm, but they do take all customers. This bank may not be as technologically advanced as big guys, but it's a real community bank, with actual people working there, I know my banker, and get services not possible at big banks, although at times they may be a little slower. Seems like they are most focused on retail and commercial banking services, not sure they are desperate to make loans like some places, so I would elsewhere for anything than home equity lines. Overall nice to have a small old fashioned bank, in a day where it seems like most other branches dont even have personal bankers, even if their app are behind the curve of the bigger banks."
