I tried to renew my loan that was assigned to an individual by the name of Bobby Slavens whom was always absent, never answered or returned calls and unwilling to give a hand. I also reached out to upper management to ask for help and nobody returned any of my multiple calls."

"Banked here for many years prior to 2022 customer service is always good at the Kimberly Road location Davenport as of 2022 the customer service has declined greatly have to wait a long time for service even when no one Is in line at the drive-through no one is at the window or insight have to wait five minutes for anyone to come to the window this happens frequently I don’t know where the employees are but they’re not helping customers. Will be changing banks soon"
