The ppl inside are rude as far as whoever called my phone telling me to bring in my paperwork because they didn’t have a “runner” to go outside and get it, mind u I just saw someone come out and get paperwork from the truck next door. Ghetto ppl had me go in their break room to sign a paper again with door etc on there. Now back to waiting. They don’t care about your clock or anything else for that matter. Will refuse any loads going here in the future. Better make sure u got food and drinks on board coming here. Then got the nerve to charge a lumper"

"Appointment was at 09:00 I was told my appointment we at 17:00 by security. Load assignment says 09:00 confirmed with my boss and Jewel. I left only to turn around and check in again then they said okay to go to stage area. Got to stage area before 09:00. Clearly I was early to my appointment. Now it’s 17:35 and I haven’t even heard from anyone. Trucks have come and gone. Not good at all. I had to give one start in order to give my review. I wouldn’t give this place a second look next time. No way."

"I'm sure Jewel Transportation is fine. But the Jewel Distribution Warehouse next door is putting truckers in a terrible position when waiting for a door and not telling them where they can legally park."
