"Hostage loads DO NOT USE. garbage communication don't care at all. held our freight for over 2 1/2 weeks. Mario and Mike are horrible. had to get a lawsuit going till anything started to move."

"Muzzy Corp is one of those companies you just can't say enough bad to warrant your experience. To say they lie is weak because their lie's had lies and their dispatchers use different names to facilitate the lies of their lies. They arbitrary change dates for delivery then act as if it was the plan. You can't really say it's the worst service because there is a clear absence of SERVICE. Don't use Muzzy unless you want to loose a customer and your mind in the process. The last name said he was a manager, Tyson? Who knows what's true at this point but he was less than useful but did succeed in being completely incompetent. Actually he made me feel dirty before the experience went on eternal hold."

"Never working with them again, they have no problem booking a load and not picking it up. They also seem to have a serious problem with communication as reaching the dispatcher or driver is a challenge and a half. If you care about your frieght being moved or you actually being able to get updates on your shipments then do not work with them."

"Unsafe driver, almost caused a major accident because he did not want to allow a vehicle into a turn lane. Also was speeding 55 in a 35mph residential neighborhood. I would not want to hire them if I wanted to actually have my load delivered in safe condition. The company should look into who was driving in justice Illinois on 12/4 at about 8:40pm and fire them as they will end up being a liability."

"We had a dedicated truck load going to New Jersey. The truck came two hours late. We loaded the truck and they returned with the load several hours later saying there were more skids that they thought so we needed to pay an additional $1000 or unload the truck and pay for their time."
