"My family's been taking classes at PFC for almost a year, and it's become a second home for us. My husband and son are in the martial arts classes and I'm in the women's kickboxing and self-defense class. All 3 of us have learned a lot, but my son's mental health has especially come a long way in terms of believing in himself and feeling more confident. For the women's class, I really appreciate that Devin meets us where we're at. Whether you're a beginner like me, advanced, or somewhere in between, he's able to adjust the workouts and intensity according. Sensei Mielke gives 110% to each class and makes it a fun and safe space to learn."
