"I went in to get my taxes done, the preparer was nice, but didn't bother telling me anything cost related. A discount was given, but even after the discount I was charged $550 to file my taxes!! That is ridiculous! If I had known prior to signing everything (which should have been told to me) I would not have paid that much.
