"We had a driver go to wait for pick-up. Over 20 drivers waiting in line with only 2 people helping every half hour. No one was taking in info for forming a line. The first driver had to leave to pick up from somewhere else. 2nd driver came to pick up after finishing their route. They wouldn't allow a digital copy of the Pick-up Order. They wouldn't him to email it to them. They wouldn't allow us to FAX IT (despite listing a fax number on their website). They even told us "we will take the fax and throw it away". 0/10 would never use service again."
