"I loaded here this morning. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Loading start to finish took roughly two hours. During that time they had a shift change and I had to move to the north side of the building for the refrigerated docks, otherwise I would have loaded and out quicker. Very nice experience here. I hope it will be like this if I load out of here in the future."
"2 empty engine stands to pick up. 5 hours wait time. Counter was disorganized. Point of contact was useless. Paperwork went missing from some mysterious union forklift operator and no one had a clue what was going on. This DHL goes to show no loads out of Chicago are worth your time. Give this place a miss."
