"If I can I would give it 0 stars. Disrespectful and unprofessional front desk staff AND Be AWARE YOU WILL WAIT FOR OVER 4.5 hours to get unloaded. As I scroll down the reviews obviously the owner or managers have done nothing to solve these issues. Horrible service."

"I decided to use Emirates to ship 2 suitcases from West Africa to Chicago because as a passenger I have always been happy with their service. Unfortunately, SkyCargo uses Maestro Cargo and the experience so far has been so bad that I am ready to give up on ever being able to obtain my shipment. I don't know the process or what forms are needed. There is no info on the website. I live 3 hours away and tried several times to call for info. However I was continuously transferred to people who could not help or unanswered phones. I drove the three hours to the airport to try to get my shipment but everyone was less than helpful. I had to raise my voice and explain to them that I do not know the process and they would have to provide some kind of information so I'd know what to do. I was sent to the customs office despite the woman in the cargo area knowing very well that the office was closed. I feel helpless and just tired from the runaround today. This experience has completely tarnished my opinion of the Emirates brand."
