"Terrible company to work for… they’ll hold your escrow pay despite returning equipment with no issues and giving them the 2 weeks notice… they kept giving me excuses and said I would get pay after 90 days and it’s been 6 months since and now no one from the company answers calls or messages to get my money back"

"Maybe talk to your drivers about how handling yourself as a professional reflects on the company you drive for. I always try to be polite and courteous to other drivers but what I don’t do is allow other trucks to bully me on the road. Luckily for your company and your driver I’ve put too much work into making this truck look the way it does to let it get messed up by an out of control numbskull who didn’t have the right of way and who chose to ignore the two “Merge Now” signs a mile and half mile prior."

"Rapid offered me a job I accepted. Worked a week with my current carrier. Eight days later arrived at Rapid on a Mon. Truck was not ready. Passed drug screen completed orientation. Another two days truck still not ready. The fleet manager and maintainance assistant were so disorganized I called another carrier and accepted another job. Tgey refused to pay me a nickle."

"I've been with rapid since 2015. Never had a issue with getting equipment fixed. Owner is very kind hearted. I'm a Owner operator now and he put a financed a new apu for my truck. Safety is very good at getting permits to you or finding somewhere to get truck fixed. Newer equipment. 2019's and up. Always got home around day I needed. People put bad reviews cause of something they won't be accountable for. Good company to work for. Pay is above average even for people under 2 years experience. Driver get 2800+ a week drivers that are lazy and run under 2000 usually are the ones who put bad reviews do to them getting talked to about performance this a business like any business its out to make money not lose money."
