"I've been at Era for a while now doing intermodal and dryvan. this company cares about me as a driver and I have not had that in a long time. I was considering starting a new job in a new industry because it has been rough as a driver and I did not have consistent work. Rich is great in the shop. Sebastian has been good but we have not interacted much. Liz is firm but empathetic and makes me feel like a part of a team. Dispatch are helpful nice and we have minimal problems. Work is consistent. not sure how, but we have work and I am home more than I was at other places."

"Wish I can put 0 stars. This company is unorganized and has no work. They also pick their favorite drivers to give work to and ignore the other drivers. Cheap rates and worst dispatch team to work with. Management obviously doesn’t care about drivers needs and they really don’t know what they are doing. My husband no longer works here due to above issues."
