"If I could rate 0, I would but there’s not an option. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered a fridge and washer dryer that was supposed to be delivered today. The people who came to install were told nicely to please just be careful while bringing it inside. They left everything in the garage and drove off without telling us what is going on. I called customer service. Let me add, those people lie and say you cannot be connected to the manager. Well I managed to be transfered. While speaking to the manager he’s telling me what the installation ppl wrote in their notes , which was a total lie. I told the manager this is not what happened. Your people came and left without doing their job. And ofc they did not agree to same day installation after messing up them selves. I do not recommend delivery from these people at all. Rude and dishonest."
