"Came on board the first day and right away I knew it was not a good fit. The trucks they had for me to choose from were all the same. Older trucks horrible condition that need a lot of repairs. The trailer they would of had me use had 2 flat tires. Front of it was damaged. No way truck & trailer would pass dot inspection. Then they asked me if I would drive at night which wasn't the agreement. My honest opinion is I don't think they value good workers. Just stay away. Take your time and find the right carrier for you."

"I have been a contractor here at LTE most of the year. Like any other company there are always a few challenges to work out in the beginning but they definitely lived up to their end. Whatever my concerns or issues they went above and beyond to correct them very quickly. All my questions were answered and this company has been honest and fair with me since day 1. I have driven for multiple companies over my 24 yrs and I believe they are definitely one I wish I had found sooner. No other company I know of have as generous a fuel surcharge as they do. It’s very aggressive and makes the cost of fuel very manageable. I appreciate all they do and have done for me. Ther repair cost at their shops are much less than the big truck stops, much quicker and done correctly . They are open, honest and fair what more can you ask for."

Company and contractor drivers beware they will take money out of your pockets before you see it and give you lofty tales convincing you that it’s for your benefit but it’s actually lining their pockets instead."
