"This Shipper is accepted a contract on the load board software that specifies NO BOX TRUCK NO SEMI enclosed trailer only to ship a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He arrived at the dealership in a BOX TRUCK with a ramp that was entirely inappropriate to load a large touring motorcycle in a box truck. We do have ramps at the dealership enabling us to load into pickup trucks however they are too short and thus inappropriate for use on a box truck. He then became upset that we did not have a ramp appropriate for his equipment and then left us a one star google review. This shipper behaved foolishly in taking chances with someone else $30000 motorcycle and I absolutely do NOT recommend!!!"
"Worst drivers ever. Can't speak English. They are 10 days late on delivery and still keeps lieing on delivery date. Expect what ever you're shipping to be scratched 7 days ago he said he was leaving Texas coming here to Tennessee to drop my bike off. Just got in touch finally and he is in Indiana. Few more days."
