"Where do I start? They won't pay for your transportation but will reimburse it . from the office everyone seems cool , orientation takes a day + you don't get pay for it ...got u dispatch next afternoon with a metal head dispatch who doesn't respect drivers and full of excuses. Can't accomplish my goal's mileage from the first 4 weeks also he didn't report my progress to office keep me on a low pay rate of 0.60cpm lies promises that you will get 5cpm more after 30 days talked to Mgr. his answer is you married to him as your dispatch a full month of work $3768.15 W2 imagine oh and the referral is just a scam don't bring your friend here .. I quit because I'm trying to avoid future problems and yes I give them their 2 weeks notice to find driver for their truck. If you need a job here .. wish you luck and a good truck!"

"I used to work for almost 5 years as a local driver for Real Trucking. They didn’t increase salary over that period much. Driver that starts to work gets paid as much as you from start. In fact, during pandemic they actually reduced hourly pay. They dont try to keep their drivers. So called “management” ignore all your complaints. On a positive side- a lot of work, 55+ hours every week. Kept me busy every week. Mechanics that work in their shops are friendly and knowledgeable."
