"Driver hanging out in passing lane. 10+ over the speed limit. Bright headlights on at your 12:10 pm and inches from my rear bumper. I move to middle lane to let him pass. Driver then mergers two lanes over to the right to pass on the right (just to flip me off) and proceeds to merge in front of me with inches to spare. Then tries to brake check me. Silly driver didn’t know I caught it all on my dash cam.. South Bound I-55.
