"Very nice school, clean and friendly staff, had a tour ( my 6 years old son will be going next year to 1st grade ), met the teachers, and the principal ( very nice, friendly person ). Would give them 5 stars."
"A great school, 10/10 would reccomend"
"Teachers are great. They do dedicate their time to make sure the students are successful in class. I’m really thankful I found this school for my son. The do need to work with the school office attendant. She is very rude and gives parents an attitude when you ask her anything. It seems that she doesn’t want to be bothered"
"Although the school may be old, the teachers are very nice and help you learn a lot."
"I used to go this school from 3rd grade to 6th grade. When I left after 6th grade, that just happened to be the beginning of the end for Pennoyer. I've heard unbelievable stories, such as parts of the ceiling being missing, a virus, many more. In 3rd grade, this school had it all. Good school overall, a second language (Italian), many more. Now, everything is crumbling before our eyes. Ever since the referendum of 2018, everything has been going wrong. Some of my favorite teachers left, nothing was affordable, it smelled like garbage. There is no second language, homework isn't graded, you have to pay a whooping $1000 for the bus!!! To top it all of, they HAD the money to make changes. But you know what they did instead? Buy... macbooks for the teachers. I can't imagine even tolerating such an environment. However, there are a few bright spots of this school. Within my 4 years of being in this school, I was able to maintain a strong bond between many of my classmates, and I'm still in contact with them to this day. I like the few remaining teachers too, they have good personalities (some more interesting than others) and everyone is pretty much friends with each other. Please, do your best to make sure the principal and superintendent sees this post and makes changes to make this a good environment again."
