"I have been with BMO for years. Every location I’ve gone to has been wonderful EXCEPT this location on 75th St/Darien. Every time I’ve gone in, I wait in line, no one in front of me, woman working and look up at me, ignore me, no hello or be with you in a moment. I had to do an address update and they would NOT do it for me unless I brought in the “yellow” forwarding mail sticker...REALLY? Very unhappy with that bank and all the woman who work there. I changed my address on line, 1-2-3, with no issues. Find another bank to go to, this one has extremely poor customer service"
