Bob and Steve answer the phone and provide the care as if they were a family member scheduling the best transportation for your love one. Each of the drivers is professional and thoughtful and gets our mom to her appointment on time from her front door to waiting room seat. Then waits for her and brings her home. You could not ask for anything better. The most amazing though was our driver Tim Mc. He recently got my mom to her vaccine appointment only to find out that there were forms to be completed and other documents needed. Instead of taking her home, he called me and completed the forms for my mom and together we problem solved to get the missing documentation emailed to his phone and then given to the pharmacist.
