"Friendly associates. Terrible product quality. Ordered a 8.5x11 borderless bound document (24 pages, $35). Pages weren't 8.5x11. Binding was sloppy with off center holes and off center cover. Spiral binding holes were punched too big causing the pages to flop out. Order due by 1pm but wasn't ready. Returned after 6pm and they then worked on finishing my order while I waited around, and they still stopped to help others. If I hadn't shown up and waited for an hour, it would have been a day late before I got my order."

"Plenty of parking, centrally located in park ridge with good hours. Store is wheelchair accessible, good variety of cards and ample P.O. Boxes. Recently had a car do some damage and put up a funny sign on the wood as you can see in my picture below."
