"UPDATE 2/5: While State Express continues to investigate who was pulling their trailer, they have offered to cover the cost of repairing the damaged wall. Very grateful for their understanding and support in resolving the issue. UPDATE 1/18: I was able to reconnect with State Express and they are committed to helping us resolve the issue. They provided additional context, most notably that there are several other carriers that pull their trailers, which is the case here. It is a process for them to reach out to each carrier, but I'm glad they understand the situation and are willing to do what's necessary to make it right both for us and their brand. Will update again upon resolution. State Express is a blue collar hard working business that has a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t as a customer, but rather a victim. It’s not in our nature to write these types of reviews but we feel cornered, helpless, and hope it will get someone’s attention at the business that can do right. One of their trailers made its way into our thickly settled neighborhood full of children, cut a corner, and destroyed our retaining wall. Despite the driver fleeing, we surely thought the company would investigate and resolve the damage in a timely fashion. As such, we didn’t call the police, or insurance, we simply called State Express to resolve the issue. Instead of being greeted with empathy, understanding or even curiosity, we have been dealing with a rude accusatory claims / safety employee who seems more interested in poking holes in our story than making things right. It’s as if we inconvenienced her for their truck egregiously cutting a corner and blowing through our wall. I’m beyond thankful for the eyewitness who caught a picture of the truck, and came back to report what happened. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough for State Express, at least not yet, and now I am faced with paying a $2,000 deductible for our home insurance to get the wall fixed. If state express has any social responsibility, it would take this situation seriously, operate with honesty, and urgency — rather than filler-buster the victim and attempt to discredit, delay and dissolve themselves of responsibility. Again, we hope someone sees this that can actually impact change and do right."

"This is a 5 star carrier through & through. I've had the pleasure of working with two of their managers Ari & Rocky on many occasions & they have not disappointed. They are very meticulous & have a keen attention to detail. They do a great job of making sure things are running smoothly!"

"I was hired yesterday so dont have the experience with the company to write a detailed review of how it is to work here, so the 5 stars are for the orientation process which was a fast two days.  They make it an easy process and pay for lunch those two days.  What was really amazing to me is how everyone was very nice and just the overall vibe of the environment."
