"Went in today looking for nice bikes to mostly be ridden on the road for our boys who recently outgrew their bikes. At first the salesperson seemed helpful but then he just would not stop talking and was saying weird things we didn't need to hear like comparing them to Walmart type bikes. I finally told him we just wanted to look around for a minute alone. After about 4 minutes he came back and we told him which two we wanted but he completely ignored us and just kept talking about what he thought we should get. Then another salesperson joined in and again we told them the two bikes we wanted and they continued to just talk about different sizes and styles. We finally just said "nevermind we are leaving". We went to Peoria Heights for lunch and I saw a bike place and we immediately found what we were looking for at that store and the whole process was very smooth and helpful, much better than we had at Russel's. It was honestly one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had. I guess they didn't want our $1400 purchase"
