"Stay away from here if you want to keep your information safe. The female Manager was really rude and demanded my phone number and Email address to ship a package. No where on the UPS website is it stated as required. The manager cancelled the sale and told me that it was my fault for not wanting to give away personal information. I do not give out info because I have been hacked 6x from companies like UPS in the last 2 years."

"Manager ivette, VERY RUDE. VERY incompetent. Cannot train associates nor herself. They do not do their jobs. Telling you package has arrived after calling to verify, then You show up its not there. Asked for store manager name and number and of course she declined. Called corporate already, just letting good people of the area to not expect alot from ivette or other employees there. Owner, read other reviews, shes there since I own the box for 3 yeras, do something about it, unless ivette is your family then oh well, will change the box after 3 years..."

"I had to ship three large pictures and Yvette was amazing - she found the best way to ship. When the freight company couldn't call my number (some weird internal issue). I called Yvette and she trouble shot and made sure it would be delivered and call me back to give me the info. Totally above and beyond my expectations. Very grateful for her service and wonderful attitude. She is awesome!"

"I feel like often times we are so quick to complain or give a business a bad review and slow to compliment. I have to commend this store today on great customer service. I stopped in this location today and was greeted with the utmost respect and best customer service. The gentleman(I sincerely apologize for not getting his name) was very helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. I needed to make copies and I am perfectly fine with making my own copies, but the gentleman was very kind and said I can help you with that. He was polite and helpful. I was ready to pay for my copies and his generosity, but he said, “It’s on the house today”. What a very kind gesture after I originally asked for one copy and then remembered I needed 2 copies. He didn’t get upset or complain. He was great. Please keep up the great work. I will be sending all my business to this UPS Store location. He should be commended for a job well done and his kindness. It made my day. Thank you."
