"I absolutely love the UPS Store in Bensenville! You will never see a place quite like this! The respect, the love and care for all the customers is something these days you don't experience or see as much. I went to the UPS Store right before the store was closing thinking my return will be swift but in fact it was the opposite. I was returning a walker for my grandmother and needed it to be returned that day. The walker I didn't realize didn't fold nicely in the box and needed a label and to be taped up. I thought it was a return that did not require label or box. Moving on, I was very worried because I needed to return this so I can reorder the correct wheel chair for my grandmother and instead of getting an attitude Anthony and Nishan assisted me with a smile and reassured me not to worry and they were there to help and they did! They got tools out, took apart the wheel chair nicely and taped and labeled the box so kindly with no frustration or attitude but a simple glad we can help. Where do you see this customer service these days? You really don't, so wanted to make sure the next time you need any UPS Services go to the UPS STORE IN BENSENVILLE and see for yourself! Its a Family you never knew you had! Promise!"

"This is an amazing UPS location. It's clean and conveniently located, but the real stand out is the amazing staff! Whether it's Neshaun, Jimmy or any of the other friendly employees at this store, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of all my package related needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer a variety of shipping solutions. I will always prefer coming to this location for anything I need to mail!"

"I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons: 1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores. 2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items. 3) This store is very well maintained and spotless."
