"I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!"

"Went there around 9 am on a Saturday, had a prepaid label and just wanted to get a receipt. The couple in front of me had a very complicated international package that was taking quite a long time because there was a lot of info to fill out. The cashier had me go to the next register over, scanned my package quickly to get me a receipt and without missing a beat returned back to helping the couple.
