"This is my go to UPS store in the area. I ship close to a hundred packages a month through this store and have never had a problem. Even at times when they are busy, staff are polite and able to multi-task and scan people who have drop off packages while waiting for another transaction to finish up. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with any question you ask. I also have a box at the store and have many packages getting delivered to this location. Staff has never lost a single package and have been more than helpful with tracking delayed packages from UPS. I thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication and look forward to continuing to use their services."

"It’s a warm welcoming place as always. I’ve been to this place for all my shipping services, drop off and pickup. Yet they’re busy during mornings, definitely they make time in assisting to package the deliveries, and impressed them thinking over to advice on the two way return labels plus how it works. "I went to the office today to find out where my parcel was by the tracking number (the status in the application was “delivered”), there were two employees in this office, a Indian woman and a man, the woman invited me and I asked her to check my parcel using the tracking number, to which she immediately told me : if you sent the parcel not from our office, I can’t help you. I explain to her that I didn’t send the parcel, that it was an order from a store - which was delivered by UPS, but again, she can’t help. I asked to tell her name (I don’t understand why your employees work without a name tag ), the second employee began to say that he would not tell her name. What is this anyway? Why do these people work there? When similar situations happened in other offices, employees always tried to help and gave me at least some information. Disgusting place with even more disgusting service."
