"I will not say MDS is a bad company, I don't believe that...However, I do believe they need some constructive criticism. The folks there are nice yet, I only stayed 2 weeks (Leasing payments r hell). A person would have to Live in the truck Example A new 2024 KW with less then 50k why would you want to have .13 per mile coming out of check. 3 to 5 cents I understand. Why would you want to have your op or leases pay full fuel prices and u guys get the discount and not the drivers.... I thank u guys need to reevaluate ur lease to driver in come up with something where both parties can live and not living in a truck.. Thank for the experience if they ever come with a better lease plan I go back if they would take me...."

"Booked a load with them. 1 hour later no rate con. Broker wouldn't provide me with his contact number.. Said "Email Only." Ignoring my emails. Then has the nerve to email me 1.5 hours later "It got pushed back." As If I was still waiting for his load LOL. Although throughout all this time the load never came off the board. And was actually now posted for $200 less. These guys book with you and then look for cheaper carriers. This company knows nothing about being ethical or moral. They are the scummiest of the bunch. Their goal is put you out of business. Don't work with them, unless you want to run loads at WAY below Market value."
