"They build what's called a River Pool. It's a pool that you swim against a current of water. It's much faster than an Endless pool. Great for beginners or someone wanting to be a professional swimmer. A great Experience."

"Same experience as Amber Ehlers posted a year ago. I called for service, their people came out and identified the problem, and then the service manager lady didn't order the part for 2 weeks because "she doesn't have time to wait on the phone to file the paperwork for the part". Says that walk-ins are more important. If I want to get my pool fixed I'm going to have to drive there and block people from approaching her so I can get my part ordered."

"Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pool company. We made an appointment with them to fix our pool and then didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks. Finally I called them and asked about it and the lady never even filed our work order because she lost the paperwork and therefore never ordered the parts they needed to complete the service. 2 more weeks go by and I call them again and she claims she hasn’t had time to wait on hold to order the parts needed for my pool. So I’m just supposed to pay them and wait her for her to ‘have time’ to do her job? Never got an apology and she was extremely rude about their mistake. I would NEVER recommend any services from this company to anyone."

"The worst. They charged me $200 to take the cover off my pool and pour chemicals in. I could have easily done that myself. I called right after they left to address the issue directly. They we at my house for 20 minutes and charged an hour labor. Then they charged a travel fee. This should have been stated when I made the appointment and gave them the address. Shady business."

"Besides the staff being very friendly, this is THE PLACE TO GO if you want to learn how to scuba dive. Mark Poulos is one of the instructors and he is VERY knowledgeable and good. When I was learning how to dive earlier this year, I had issues (all in my head!) with some of the skills. Mark was VERY, VERY patient with me. He told me over and over that no matter how long it took, he was going to get me through all the levels and get me certified. He wasn't lying!! I took longer to get through the skills than the rest of the class but he stuck by my side, literally, and got me through it. Once I got it into my head that my issues with the skills were just that, all in my head, the rest was a breeze. I went on the Cozumel trip with the rest of the dive group in April, did my dive to get certified, did multiple additional 2 tank dives and had an absolute blast the whole week! I met some wonderful people in our group and I can't wait for Cozumel 2019! I am so appreciative to Mark for sticking by my side and opening up a wonderful, beautiful, amazing underwater world to me. Learn to dive, trust me, you'll love it and if I can do it, ANYONE can!"
