"Incompetent and disrespectful behavior. We were talked down to by the store manager, "Manny", and his associate. Business is inherently personal and will always be, and to treat people with such callous behavior is beyond my limits of reason. We will be closing our account and banking elsewhere."

"I had an issue with my account being closed and had been working with customer service on a resolution for several weeks before they advised going into a financial center. I came here and even though it was a complicated issue the manager Manny was very polite and helpful. His interactions with other bank members while I was here were stellar.
