"They won't let you email the store to print a document. Which I feel is a pretty standard expectation from a UPS store. Called to make sure and when I got there it was a waste of time. Nice people though"

"Awful experience the so called manager(refused her name) and unfortunately the only way I can describe her is a as pregnant person has refused me notary service twice now for her lack of understanding and willingness to assist. She got very ugly and unprofessional with me when I ask to speak to someone above her. She said she was the manager and that the paperwork a legal power of attorney form sent by a corporation would need to change it as if it is a word document made up. The way she has treated me today was beyond ridiculous. Called the police for me stating “if your incorrect I will make a review blasting you for advertising services that you do not provide” and this unprofessional rude employee said I said something else I’m not that person karma will get you girl. I don’t make threats of sort and only I can believe she did this because I’m black. Or why else I said it clear as day I will blast you on google run the cameras back. But reading other reviews explain I was not the only one treated in such my this rude manager and the fact that someone else months ago also mentioned they felt discriminated against is enough said about this employee . Hire a new manager because she is beyond ignorant and may need to be trained in all aspect. Happy new years to the manager hope your year is as great as your level of service! Thanks owner for your response, you or is this really the manager who it is responding, replay the your store camera why again call the police. I honestly do not care about what word of mouth say. The fact you responded without looking at footage of the incident you assumed your manager and employees I’m sure you treat well stated. This is discrimination and I was threatened with the police to be called on me for doing my free will of making a google review and a review anywhere else i choose to do so! But happy new year!"

On numerous occasions I've watched them expertly handle a long line, always thanking people for their patience, greeting new customers, and working as fast as they can. I'm in here a lot and I just appreciate how they make another annoying errand as pleasant as possible."

"Worst UPS ever!!! I went there to return a package and they wanted to charge me a dollar for sealing the box meanwhile another lady’s box was just sealed without being charged. The tape wasn’t even up to three inches. Very unfriendly staff and unwilling to help."
