"Rob seriously saved my life. He went above and beyond to help me. I thank him sooooo sooo much. My credit would have been in shambles for 10+ yrs had it not been for him. He deserves a raise! Side note for DUPAGE Online/Phone Customer Service!!! Fyck the online/phone service people, they were useless, they ignored my issue and even hung up on me 3 times saying that there wasn't a system issue when there clearly was!!!! I've never missed a payment a day in my life. I manage 30+ credit card accounts including my partner's. I make mistakes in life, but I don't make mistakes when it comes to payments EVER!!! DUPAGE needs to get its sh1t together and find better customer service people."

"DuPage is thee worst credit union ever done business with, made a payment but there was an issues on their end for processing, so they waited until the deadline passed to tell me and charged me a late fee… Stay as far away as possible from DuPage Credit Union (all three branches)."

"Rarely do I use the services of small suburban establishments, but this credit Union works with all,no matter your shape,color of your skin, or etc. My lil sister used them as well and told me about them. They give fair interest rates on loans. Willing to work with you if you communicate with them"

"This place really knows how to kick you when you’re down. I have been on a payment plan for the last 2 months due to work issues. The guy, John, on the phone decided to tell me I shouldn’t continue the payment plan and just get something cheaper. I told him that’s not really an option because I need a car to drive to work. His response? “So does everyone else in America” super rude when there’s clearly notes in there that I’ve been struggling financially. I understand they’re a business, but that’s also really not a way to speak to people."

I've been at my job for 12years making good money with no late payments. Not only did they deny me they said they couldn't loan me anything and asked me to try another banking institution.
