"Friendly but not a ONE American flag... Multiple alphabet people flags ... All inclusive club but being less then a few weeks from the 4th of July ... And no American flag ....wow...."
"The speed of their drive thru is ridiculous! I’ve never had to wait over 20 minutes at any other financial establishment. Especially when I am the only vehicle in the drive thru. I know everyone is understaffed but it is a bit ridiculous."
"Several occasions with Chase were negative! Several years ago, I needed a bank signature approved on an investment but was denied. No reason after making numerous trips. So, I went to another bank and got it signed. Recently over the 2021 summer, I visited the bank and ordered replenishment checks. Teller completed paperwork for new checks. A couple months elapsed and no checks. Made a comment while in online banking and still no message by bank. So, I called local bank and they asked for first 6 digits and last 4 of debit card. Then asked address and then confirmed my caller ID and then wanted cell phone too to verify. So instead, I drove to the bank! This time the same lady asked for my license twice and verified online who I was. Then replied that I needed to take it out for them to make a picture of my photo for some spare bank checks. Talk about overkill, even after showing them my previous check book. I would strongly not advise folks to deal with Chase as they make you feel like a criminal. And besides who would go to a bank when they say the checks might have got lost in the mail? They need to use verified postal delivery."
"Let me start from the beginning. In my previous life I had banked with two other local banks. Now for the last eight years I have only Banked with Chase. I had previously used the orchard location until about 4 years ago when I started using the Sugar Grove location. Each and every time I had to go in and work with a personal banker has been flawless. Today was no exception to that. I went in and sat down with a gentleman by the name of Chris Lewis. He sat with me through days of transaction history and figure it out some information that I needed help with. He made the process very smooth and helps me out tremendously. thank you"
"They have a very stringent parking lot policy. The Sugar Grove Branch is “right” next to a very busy McDonald’s. Tues., 01/20/2015, 7:30am, I was parked in a Chase space looking for my wallet before getting into the McDonald’s drive-thru line. A man drives up in a white car and asked me to move. Bank security, no one can park in bank spaces until bank opens. Bank opens at 9:00am. I said ok, I was just looking for my wallet and will be moving in one sec. The person in grey mini-van was NOT asked to move, I guess she was security also. He drives around the very small bank, sits, facing me, and wait until I move. When I come out of the drive-thru he is parked next to grey mini-van. If criminals walk into crowded downtown Chicago banks at high noon, I guess they are senseless enough to breakdown the door at 7:30am, setting off alarms, to a Sugar Grove bank next to a very busy McDonald’s a 100 feet away."
