"Upon arrival driver refused to bring the pallets into the lobby of my building and insisted that he had to leave them outside on the curb. I politely asked if he could bring them FIVE MORE FEET into my lobby since I was alone and he rudely refused. Finally I called the dispatch who thankfully was a woman with some sense. She called him and he told her “this stuff is 500 lbs, I can’t do it.” He ended up doing it (bringing the pallets FIVE MORE STEPS into the lobby of my building). I will be calling Home Depot and letting them know as well. Ridiculous."

"City Street was blocked off, due a tree removal. Delivery guy backed up truck from opposite side and held up city emergency work. Driver used foul words and took off."

"One of their drivers was blocking a dozen cars in a parking lot for 15 minutes and wouldn't move to let people out. Upon being asked to move, he swore at and threatened me. Calls to the company about this have gone unanswered. Maybe they hire people who would act like that because they themselves would act like that. Unacceptable behavior from Mr. Neck Tattoo, and it reflects poorly on a company that doesn't care enough to respond to calls about it."

"This company freighted a cabinet I bought and when they delivered it to Chicago it was broken. They told me, “once it’s off the truck, you’ve accepted it”. I’ve now had to open a case with the selling company, this historic cabinet was broken and they knew, because they brought an additional piece of lumber to support the broken end. They tied my hands behind my back, because I wanted it off the truck to see the piece. These guys knew what they were doing. I even made the terrible mistake of tipping these guys before I knew what was happening. Do not trust this company! They are unprofessional in so many ways. Do not use them."

"They delivered a couch to my home and left me with a 2 foot long scratch in my wood floor and 2 smaller scratches. This happened when they put the legs on the couch, they chose not to screw the screws all the way in. On each piece there was one or more screws left out to far. I dont know if they were in a hurry or just being lazy but its unacceptable. They are unwilling to fix my floor and say their insurance does not cover damage done in peoples homes when they make deliveries. Do not ever use this company. As a side note...I ordered my couch through value city furniture, not knowing that they out source their deliveries to other companies like these."
