"Great company to work for. The people are awesome. From dispatch, to the guys in the shop and the other folks in the office. We all have the owners personall cell phone and can call at any time. They are quick on getting you loads and always get you home when you need it. It's very much like working for a family here. I plan on retiring from here."

"I went elsewhere for a couple years then came back. Leaving probably cost me $20,000 over that time. The equipment is top notch. Trailers are new, pneumatic tandem sliders, tires kept at pressure through the air tank. Maintenance is on top of everything. Never seen maintenance like this. Pay is always right, no hold back, even your first week. They're easy to work with, unlike big companies where you're just a number."

"I have been meaning to make a comment for a while but the company keeps me so busy that it's taking me a while to do this. This is a great company to work for, it's more like a family environment than it is a job. they are great about getting you home for home time, or emergencies, and keep you extremely busy while you're out on the road. Great miles, great equipment, and all around great people to work with. Everyone from anna in safety, draga in pay roll, dragon in the shop and the guys vlad, rod and mike in dispatch (even Dean in recruiting/night guy) are great and helpful. They know you by name and not by a number and treat you with respect and consideration everyday. The big cheese steve let's you know he appreciates the hard work you put in and never makes you take a load you don't want too. Great pay and even more amazing home time. They won't make you turn in your truck if you take more then 3 days off. The shop is at their main office and when you come in they are ready for you and get you taken care of and back out right away. Also nice thing is you chose your fuel stops, if it takes comdata you can stop and fuel there. One of the great things that beats out the rest, is you can call and talk to a person in the office vs. Sending in a message and waiting for a reply. I've dealt with a few companies in the last 4 years and this family company hasn't made me regret ever hiring on with them."

"Ok all you truckers, let me be the one to tell you that I have worked for a few companies and I can tell you with out hesitation that this is the best job I’ve ever had. I’ve been with First Class Carriers for almost 4 years and everyone I work with and talk to on a daily basis are the best of the best. If you are looking for an awesome family to be apart of then this should be your last stop. I plan on retiring from trucking with this company and I am proud to call this place my home away from home. From the guys in the shop to the front office, you will never find a better or smarter tight nit crew to be apart of. The equipment is always new from the trucks to the trailers which if you’ve been out there on the road, you can appreciate it and I do. Last thing, if you want to make money and run hard and get home when you need to this is the place. You don’t get only 3-4 days off a month unless you just want to run like that."
