"This company is aggressively sending spam texts almost every day. I block the numbers, but they keep coming from new ones. I am not a customer of theirs, nor do I have existing or previous financial products with them. They are basically spamming veterans frequently with non stop texts and mailers, in an attempt to use aggressive sales tactics to scam them. Mailers are often designed to look like official documents and texts are occasionally designed to look like they are from my actual mortgage company even though they are not. I would caution anyone, but especially veterans, to consider this behavior, before engaging in business with them."

Called to get a tax form (because it's not available on the website) and there was "nobody available" to help me. "We'll call you back.
