"This is possibly the least helpful bank location in existence, not just within BMO. Staff are massively under qualified and have zero interest in helping customers at all. In fact, other BMO locations have told me not to go to this branch as they consistently mess things up for customers."

"One day, it all stopped working. No more online access. No more app. No more debit card. Broke autopay with several vendors. I thought it was them and switched. I switched the wrong type of company. Never got the full lock-out treatment from my other banks. It's hard to conduct business when you are forced to go it alone, in the dark. New day. "I stopped by the south Huntley branch to close my account and was told to wait for a personal banker. Since this was third try I decided to wait. 10 minutes later none of the customers were called. I don't understand why this bank doesn't cross train their employees. The two employees behind the counter were just standing around helping no one."

"I have mixed feelings about this branch. They were very helpful when I needed a wire transfer to Canada and had a large deposit on another occasion. But today (Saturday) I went to pick up my Canadian money that I had ordered on Tuesday and they tried giving me someone else's Euros. Then they discovered my money hadn't come in - that's four business days. She said it wasn't their fault and that when it finally did come in, I will be paying a fee to exchange it plus the new exchange rate. I finally got a "sorry" from her and left. Horrible experience.."
