"I would leave 0 stars if I could. They are SO rude to those that don’t bank with them! Simply went in for a license plate sticker as they are closest, happy to pay non banking fee. Not happy to tolerate rude service! The same thing happened years ago. Will never deal with them again."

"With MSB compliance, complacency and 'criminal' lack of oversight, they assisted in the theft of more than $400,000.00 by one of their clients, from his own, elderly father. When confronted with the evidence, they obstructed, made excuses & lied... led by the Marinangels. HORRIBLE human beings! Take your money elsewhere!"

"Most things I love about McHenry savings but their card activation system is a pain and asks for info then tells you you e put in the wrong information. It's been four years and complain every year. Never heard a word from them other than tellers apologizing and saying they know. Ill keep complaining but will eventually bring my businesses business elsewhere. This is a stupid problem that's easy to fix yet they dont. Not do they contact me. And all it does is cause me the hassle of taking time out of my day costing me money lost. That's not the purpose of a bank nor do i believe its your goal. Yet you dont fix this stupid error. Wonder if im gonna hear this time. Or if it will continue yo fall on deaf ears."
