"I've been seeing Dr Nigam for 8 years now. I have never had any kind of negative interactions with him. I find him to be quite pleasant to talk to. I did have an " issue " on one occasion with a member of the staff. I never said anything. That was a couple years ago. She no longer works there, so evidently others took note and probably DID say something. The staff that is there now are wonderful ladies to talk to and are very helpful."

"If I could give him a negative rating I would!!! He promised after all the magnetic treatments I would have my husband back I was WRONG!! I live in terror everyday now. Right in the middle the Doctor had to have surgery and I understand that but when he returned to work. He told my husband he would have to start all over……WHY???? STAY AWAY FROM THIS QUACK. He doesn’t want to help anyone but himself and his pocketbook."

"Adminstration staff is unorganized and out of touch trying to deal with patients. You can make appointments and provide email confirmation and they may not honor your appt. Once I raised issues with Dr Nigam he immediately became short with me. Be very careful when making appointments and document everything. This is the third time in a row having issues with their scheduling staff. Silver inconvenient lining is they refund your money once you show them proof. They did this with me in multiple cases. This also comes out of concern with the elderly being treated like this. Beware of this place."

"It took me 2 months to get an appointment to see the doctor. Then, because of bad weather he cancels my appointment for a different time and sets up a video chat. My phone can't do a video chat. I told the person that called me this isn't working. I called them back and asked if he could just call Me? Every time I called I only got a voicemail. After 10 days I still never got a response"

"I only saw Dr. Nigham once, when I first started as a patient. In spite of persistent problems with depression, he never saw me after my 2nd visit. I don't think this is the best place too seek treatment for any serious anxiety disorder. There are too many expensive tests; one counselor made derisive comments and gave inaccurate info about my anxiety medication, and there are VERY abrupt changes in treatment which seemed ill-considered and which I found troubling in terms of how my general well-being was being viewed by the practice. The staff is absolutely wonderful, but the recent changes on phone/voice msg policy is frustrating. No one ever answers and there is no consistent response time."
