"I have been more than happy with my treatment by Dr Freeman and his staff. Yes they do charge a fee for missed appointments but that can be avoided if you cancel within 24 hours. The staff does not always have time to call every patient to remind them of their visits."

"Dr. Napier is good. However the rude staff that lie yes lie and document that they sent out reminder text or calls but never do need to go. The lady hung up on me saying I needed to breathe when I recieved a letter stating that i have missed an appointment. I also have to pay $100 dollars for something i dont even remember having. NOTHING IN MY CALENDAR, NO TEXT OR CALLS but They CLAIM THEY DID. I said ok we can check the dates to my phone bill. She hung up on me. I have referred so many people to this office that now I might switch and tell them to switch too. This is getting ridiculous. I EVEN CALLED AND ASKED IF I HAD MISSED AN APPOINTMENT THEY SAID NO LETS SCHEDULE YOU ONE. NOW CHARGED 100. LIARS AND THEVES!!!!"

"Dr Freeman is good, but the staff allowed me to see him four times last year with no insurance approval (even though they are in my network) without telling me, racking up a bill without my knowledge. Couldn’t explain to me why I was allowed to see him with no insurance when I called the office."

"Dr. Freeman is great. Reception employees, awful. Not only are they never up front when you are there in person but also never answer the phone. I've had them laugh in my face saying I couldn't get a prescription I desperately needed refilled until I paid the $100 no show fee. I had a lot going on in my life and forgot to call into my apt yes, but the rudeness I received and not being able to get the medication I needed was not cool. I almost always received reminders via call and text but never got one."
