"⚠️ DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS ⚠️ REQUIRED: Reefer washout and fill Reefer fuel (no less than 3/4). Set temperature to -15 before heading towards facility. When you reach the guard shack gate, slide tandems to the rear. The guard will check if your trailer has been cleaned and if your trailer has developed an odor. If everything checks out, you'll pull the truck up a few feet and will be requested to walk towards the office. The facility allows overnight parking and 24/7 access to facility restrooms. I checked all the boxes above and arrived a day in advance to pick up a pre-loaded trailer and shutdown for the night. All done within 30 minutes of arrival. Overall, it was an excellent experience."

"Secure and very clean yard. Called ahead for heads up for receiving. Staff received us at 2:00am with no problem. Friendly and polite staff. Quick off loading. Clean restroom."

"Pray your preload isn't on another companies trailer. Going on 3 hours now to transload from one carrier trailer to mine. They haven't even started yet. Meanwhile one of the dockworkers is sitting in the office hanging out with the shipping clerk. I feel like I'm being punished for there mistake. It certainly has cost me my precious driving time."

"Decent place! Procedure straight forward. Make sure trailer is clean. Pre cool trailer before coming. Slide tandems at guard shack. After loading, temp has to be -5 before they let you leave facility. Overnight parking available."

"Here is what I know, picking up frozen Ice Cream, come with temp set to -15, they will not give you a door unless you at -10 or cooler, then when you get a door after your loaded of course your temp is plus 10 or 20, still after your loaded you will not be able to leave until your at -10 again, it's 100° F out here today, this does not make since to me, you can cool down to -10 driving, moving towards your drop, or just sit here waist fuel and time with the sun and heat beating down on your trailer, waiting for your temp to get back to -10... pic below. I'm at -6 and can't get a door, several trucks waiting to live load nothing going on but drop trailers and yard dogs"
