"Please do not use this business for your pool installation. They will make promises they can’t keep and out right lie to you. We had heard rumors that our pool on the Tristate lot had a large crack. When we asked the owner, we were told that our pool did not have a crack. We went to look at the pool on their lot. Lo and behold, the pool had a very large crack and one side was bowed. We paid our deposit for our pool in April of 2021. Two other clients paid their deposits in July and December of the same year had their pools installed before ours. We are very unsatisfied with the outcome of our pool. After getting lawyers involved, we ended up purchasing the damaged pool from them to be installed by someone else, although we paid for a new, undamaged pool."

"Horrible experience. Ordered a new Sundance Spa in 2020. It leaked from the get-go. Fast forward three years: Three brand new Sundance Spas and they all three leaked within a few weeks or months of installation. I obviously worked with them to get me three of them. After the third one, they failed to respond timely, would not answer the office phone and failed to take action. Kept blaming the manufacturer, but in the end, I bought it from them. Litigation is in the works!"

"We ordered a pool in November 2020 to be installed in may 2021. After several emails the owner told us that we had to change the supplier of pool in august. He finally received the pool in November. The week when he was supposed to install it he never came. After several text he decided that he won’t install it because he won’t be able to answer our expectations. He just broke our dream 2weeks before Christmas. It was too late to start anything with another supplier. So the promise we gave to our children since nov 2020 is impossible to achieve due to him. We haven’t been able to discuss or to keep the pool. My point of view he found somebody who have more money to spend to have a pool without waiting 1year. I waited 3 months to write my comments in order to be the most correct possible but I am just disgusted because for Christmas my children asked pool toys which were already bought when he told us : no pool for you in 2022 whereas 2days before he was organizing the installation. I can also told you that during this full year he gave us multiple excuses to push back the project and always after several emails, texts, phone calls from us to have updates. Unfortunately the only and most unprofessional supplier of pool like this in the area…"
