"I have always gotten everything I’ve ordered very quickly. This time I had to call again after 4 days of no delivery. I was told they didn’t get order. Since then I’ve gone up there and when I talked to one girl in office she said loader was broke and mechanic wax fixing and I am first on list. That was Monday, now it’s Thursday night and I still don’t have order and I called two other times still not getting answer as to when I would get order. I gave my number three times with no calls from them at any point letting me know about broken loader or late delivery. I know I have been very patient and nice but don’t understand why they do t want to help me. Let me know something or if my money isn’t good enough for them. I would just like the respect I’ve given them and a courtesy call would help!"
