"Rude horrible service with Zita the receptionist! She was rude to my mother on the phone and rude to me. I could not find the phone number for my insurance company and gave me 1 minute to find it on the phone because she was off at 430. She said I had to cancel the appointment and the next opening was January or pay 220 dollar for the appointment tomorrow. I have insurance, she had the group #, ID info, etc! Then she decided she would not take our appointment for January because I didn't have the phone number handy. Since when does the dr office ask for the phone number for the insurance company anyways.... 10/31/2013"
