First Gear Skateshop

"My 9 year old grandson is getting into skateboarding. He got a hand me down board from his uncle and the trucks were shot. I thought he could use a new board and found First Gear in Berwyn so we headed over and let him pick something out. They have a great selection of boards, trucks, wheels and hardware. The guy (sorry I didn't get your name) showed us all the goodies that would work great with the Santa Cruz board he picked out. He put the grip tape on the board for us and we decided to bring the rest home and build it ourselves. We built the board and he took it out for a ride. Two hours later he still had a smile on his face. I think he is sleeping with it now. The shop is so nice and organized and has everything skateboard you would want. I think we are heading back for some shoes and gear soon. Thanks First Gear Skateshop!!"

But they stepped it up, they gave me a whole exchange and i got a new board fully equipped. That is quality assurance at its best!"
