"I’m planning a cycling trip and walked in to ask questions on preparation for a long trip. The knowledge and patience to answer my questions was beyond generous. I felt more motivated and capable to be able to do a long trip across states from my conversation here. I also got my bike serviced and couldn’t complain. If anything, I’m sure my bike is better now thanks to Hub and Cycle. And I needed lights badly, break pads, and my handle bar fixed. Purchased Ravemen LR500s with rear red light. It works nice with trips around city or suburbs. On the trail at night pic below. And if you are cycling lots around Chicago area, it’s a great place to stop and get your bike serviced (if needed) and get food while you wait. Get the raspberry sorbet to cool down. Thank you for being a source of motivation. You’ve energized me to keep going further."
