"I had a fantastic experience with Eric when I came in last night near close to hopefully find snowboard boots. He took his time with me and asked a ton of questions to get to know me and my riding history so he could make best suggestions to fit my riding style. It was near store close and he never made me feel rushed or bad about being there so late. "In summary, one star because customer service and management is very poor when it comes to equipment rental. Came in for first time ski rental and snowboard rental for our kids. The initial sales person, Julian, was new but kind. Unfortunately, everyone else we've communicated with seems miserable and made our experience difficult. We ordered one ski rental and one snowboard rental at the end of October and were assured we'd have plenty of time to make adjustments to sizes and fit before the season started. Three weeks later our order is wrong. During the ordering process we were told we'd receive a call when everything came in but instead they emailed the wrong email address. In our attempts to understand and resolve the issue, we continue to be pushed to the same new person who's too busy working the sales floor and can't help after the store has already charged us over $700 for rentals back in October. Management non-existent. Taking our business elsewhere. Update a week after review: After more back and forth via email, store provided refund and apologized for the inconvenience. After this experience, we ended up buying used at the same price we would have paid to rent."
