"Decided to try this card to rebuild some credit. That was in September 2023. I never received my card, I called in Sept, October, and November saying I never received my card and I wanted to cancel it. Numerous times every employee I spoke with said that the card was closed and the $60 fee was waived. I have recordings of every call confirming this. Today, January 11, 2024 my credit just got hit by ONE MAIN and my account was passed due. The card I initially thought would help rebuild some credit has actually negatively impacted my credit. And I never even received the card. I am currently on the phone with my lawyer drawing up a case to sue them for false advertisement among other things with all recordings. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CARD."

"Wanted to consolidate debts for one payment. The application process took sixteen days. Sixteen days later, after a four hour signing session, my creditors are still not paid off and I am collecting late fees and interest as time goes on. And that isn't even counting the creditor they FORGOT to include. Do NOT recommend."

"Called them up to do my pre-approval. Came in the next day, since I called so late the day before, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes! This is my 3rd loan with one main! They rock and the gals are always nice and sweet!"

"I took out this loan to consolidate medical bills. I will NEVER utilize this company again. In the beginning of my loan term, the manager Jonna was professional, and would do her best to assist me with payment arrangements, or any other inquiries I may have had. During the past 18mths the management has drastically changed, and their idea of customer service is calling to harass you about your payment, even though you are not late, and there is a 10 day grace period. I have paid on my $5000+ balance ON TIME, over the past 4 years, but it does not matter. I understand the occasional courtesy call may need to be made, but this was ridiculous. I was even called and harrassed about my last payment of $150, (which was below my minimum payment), after I had made an almost $400 payment not 10 days prior. Please think twice before using this company. It is not worth the badgering you will endure."
