"order was place 7 months ago the item is still not sent, called in and was told the item wasn't in stock when i paid for shipping. what isn't okay is the slow or down right awful customer support, don`t bother with email or messaging on the website because your gonna end up feeling ghosted as they don`t respond, called in and got it "solved" but that shouldn't be the end all be all solution as the 8 minute call cost me as much as parts and shipping combined. something needs to be done when it comes to customer support and the shipping cost should always be in the total during checkout, having to get a hold of the support staff to then be told that i need to pay more is not okay. the guy i spoke to on the phone was really respect full and very helpful. with all this in mind i feel fine with changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star"
