"I wished I read your review before I purchased a Dewalt air compressor from them for xmas. They wouldn't let me cancel my order after 3 hours and I had to deal with Sears.com which was selling there item for them. They shipped my item 9 days after i ordered, so why couldn't I cancel? Once sears.com got intouch with them i was told to wait 10 days for them to investigate my return since I knew i could get it cheaper elsewhere. Now sears.com started to give me the run-a-round after 3 weeks of dealing with them. Sears.com finally gave me the phone number to call them. They said that I was sent a return label already from this company (which i never received) and they no longer could help me Humm, they wouldn't give me the phone number before so I new something was crooked. i called the number and a recording answered saying no one was available to take the call. I called sears.com back and all they did was give me a shipping address to send the item back. When i told them i wasn't satisfied with there service they asked me to give them another 2-3 days to escalate the problem to higher up and they would refund my money. I really don't have much faith in that but i'll see what happens."

"STAY AWAY from this seller!!!!! They sell on Amazon. I paid at "getyourthing" through Amazon $85.15 for a Craftsman Work Shop Stool, however the exact same item at my local Lowes was $37 (including taxes) I could have bought 2 items and still save money!!!! When trying to return the item this seller asked me to pay 20% on restocking fee and also to pay from my own pocket the shipping cost. I hope my mistake helps you. Many other great online options to get stuck with this type of bs. Get Your Thing, please Get Your Act Straight !!"
